1.1. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

1.2. All parts must be returned unfitted. Please note that parts that have been fitted or soldered will be rejected and not eligible for return.

2. Return Process

2.1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support within 14 days from the date of delivery. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.

2.2. When returning the product, please ensure it is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to return the item.

2.3. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

3. Refunds

3.1. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3.2. If the return is approved, we will process a refund to the original method of payment. Please note that the original shipping charges and also any return shipping costs are non-refundable.

3.3. The time it takes for the refund to be credited may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Please allow 14 business days for the part to be inspected and the refund to be reflected in your account.

4. Exchanges

4.1. We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

5.1. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support immediately. We will assist you in resolving the issue by providing a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

6. Distance Selling

6.1. In accordance with the law on distance selling, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, even if they are not faulty.

6.2. To exercise your right to cancel, please inform us within 14 days of receiving your goods by contacting our customer support.

6.3. Once you have informed us of your decision to cancel, you have an additional 14 days to return the goods to us.

6.4. Upon receiving the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days.

7. Guarantee

7.1. All items purchased from us are guaranteed for a period of 90 days from the point of postage, unless stated otherwise.

7.2. However, please note that PCBs fitted by the customer directly are not covered under our guarantee. We are unable to verify the customer's competency or rule out issues caused by incorrect diagnosis during the fitting process.
