Alternative Parts

In some cases, the part you order may be unavailable to be supplied within a reasonable time. In this situation, we would attempt to substitute the part ordered with an alternative part that is also suitable for fitting to the same appliance.

Items marked as "In Stock" are readily available in our warehouse and ready to be shipped. Once your payment is received and the order is confirmed, we will process your order for immediate dispatch. You can expect your delivery to arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, depending on your location and the chosen shipping method.

- Available to Order - Dispatch in Approx xx Hours

For items marked as "Available to Order," the expected delivery time may vary. The specified timeframe, mentioned as "Dispatch in Approx xx Hours," indicates the estimated number of hours required to procure the item from our suppliers and prepare it for dispatch. Please note that this is an approximate timeframe, and actual shipping times may vary due to supplier availability and other factors. If any items in your order are out of stock, we will notify you and provide an estimated timeframe for when the item will be back in stock or available for special order.

- Out of Stock

Items marked as "Out of Stock" are currently unavailable, however in some cases they can still be placed on order and will be shipping as soon as they arrive with us. If you are interested in purchasing an out-of-stock item, please contact our customer support team for assistance and information on availability using the enquiry link on the specific part.

- Special Order

In addition to our regular stock, we offer special order parts. These parts are not typically kept in our warehouse and may require additional time to procure from our suppliers. Special order parts cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed. Please carefully review the product details and specifications before placing a special order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been assigned to a courier, we will provide you with a tracking number via email and through your user account. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery on the shipping carrier's website. Delivery Charges

Our delivery charges are calculated based on various factors such as weight and dimensions of the items in your order. Some products have a per-item shipping cost, and others have flat-rate pricing regardless of the number of items, which will all be calculated automatically and displayed to you on the shopping cart. Please note that shipping costs do not just cover the actual shipping, they cover the packaging and also staffing costs to arrange the delivery.
