Any spare part on our website can be arranged for Click & Collect, which means you can physically collect the item rather than it being posted to you.

During checkout you will be advised of each individual item's availability and lead time. In most cases, items will be shown as available within 2 business hours, 1 business day or 3 business days. Please note that 3 business days/72 Hour pickup means we are ordering the item from our supplier, so this timeframe is subject to change. 2 hour and 1 day timeframes are stock items, so we aim to always meet the stated timeframe in those cases.
Our office is open 9:15am-5pm, Monday to Thursday, and 9:15am-4pm on Fridays. If you are collecting on a day other than the day you received confirmation the item was ready to be picked up, we would advise to contact us before travelling to confirm opening hours for that specific date as these can sometimes change. In some cases we may be able to accommodate pickups outwith these hours, please use the enquiry form to contact us before ordering if you require pickup outwith these times.
Once ordered, we will pick your items within the timeframe shown during checkout and then notify you when your order is ready to be picked up.
Ring buzzer 6 and advise you are there for a Click and Collect order. One of our staff will meet you at reception and take your details.
You don't need to bring anything with you. Our staff will match your details against the order.
You must have already reserved your items online and received a text advising your order is ready before you arrive to pick up you order. For security reasons, we cannot accommodate visitors arriving on-site that have not already been notified that their order is ready to pickup.
In the event of some items being available within 2 hours, others within 24 and others within 72 hours, it is totally up to you if you want to collect each item as it is ready, or if you would prefer to wait until all items are available and pick them all up together.
